Specific property management services are provided under separate service agreements that detail the scope of work, fees, responsibilities, and terms specific to each client engagement. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual service agreements. In case of conflict between these general terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the NovaLunarium website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such content or any part of this website is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaLunarium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NovaLunarium in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaLunarium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
NovaLunarium shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or other similar events.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaLunarium regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and NovaLunarium.
